VMA handles all of the logistics, media, venue, technical and secretarial support along with organising tasks and administrative work.

Our online abstract submission software “Oasis” permits convenient and user friendly submission for the participants, online reviewing and scoring by the jury. Online author notification is also possible. Printing costs are minimized, as all abstracts are stored in a ready-to-print database.
World Wide Web-presence hosted by the Vienna Medical Academy server offers multiple opportunities like online registration, credit card payment, online abstract submission, program- and abstract-viewing as well as discussion fora. Additional services, like a message system, the personal.itinary.finder® that guides you through the conference and the supplier.finder® (used exclusively in Europe by the VMA) linked to the commercial exhibition, can be provided on site.
