Oral Presentation:
Please bring your presentation on an USB-Stick (CD). Mac-user please use your own Notebook.
The lecture room will be equipped with Windows-PC (XP/Office2007).
On the speakers desk you will find a push button to operate your slides/animations.
It is essential to load and view the presentation at least two hours prior to the start of your presentation to check the compatibility with the technician in the lecture room.
For videos it is important to use only Codecs (WMV, AVI, DivX) running in powerpoint (avoid MPEG-2). Please check this on a separate PC. (Not on the PC you encoded it).

Poster Presentation:
Your poster will be on display throughout the meeting. In order to enable discussion and interaction with other participants, we request you or one of your group to be at your poster board on
The usable surface of the poster panel measures
130 cm in height x 90 cm in width. Pins will be provided.
If you are not able to present your talk or your poster for any reason, you are kindly requested to contact the organising office immediately and to notify them of any change of presenter or withdrawal.
