Waltzing through the historical halls of the Vienna City Hall - a recently renovated New Gothic building constructed by
Friedrich Schmidt, who was also the leading architect during the last period of construction of the cathedral of Cologne – you
will enjoy life to the full.
We will start with the official opening polonaise performed by young ladies and gentlemen from a renowned dancing school,
followed by a gala dinner offering delicacies of the Austrian cuisine. Then we will invite you to dance through the night with
classical music or Latin-American sounds. A midnight surprise is of course planned.

Dress Code: long evening dress / Dark suit or black tie

Both social events are included in the registration fee and the accompanying person’s fee. As the number of invitations is
limited by the size of the locations, you are strongly recommended to register early. Registrations will be handled on a First-
