Acceptance and Selection of Abstracts
All submitted abstracts will be anonymised and reviewed by the Scientific Programme Committee after the submission deadline. Authors will be notified in due course whether their abstract has been selected and whether it has been selected for oral or poster presentation.

Please note that a presentation (oral or poster) is only possible upon registration and receipt of registration fees.

Abstract Submission for Symposium Speakers
All Symposium Speakers will get a ready-made account in the submission system and will receive an email with all necessary information regarding the submission of their abstracts in due course (the regular abstract deadline does not apply to symposium speakers).

Symposium Submitters
We will provide you with all necessary information regarding the acceptance and presentation of your symposium latest in calender week 18.
In case you did not provide us with the full personal data of each speaker, including email, city, country, institution, please send this information at your earliest convenience to mv@medacad.org.
