Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by registered letter or fax to the Congress Office. The date of the postmark or fax ID will be the basis for considering refunds. Registration fees may be refunded after the workshop as follows: Cancellation received before September 10, 2007 75% refund, after September 10, 2007 no refund.
