As a service for the participants, Stockholm Convention Bureau (StoCon) will arrange your hotel accommodation at no extra charge. StoCon has selected certain hotels for the participants attending the XVI International Workshop of the European Helicobacter Study Group – EHSG 03.

Hotels in Stockholm
Hotels in different price categories have been pre-booked for the period of September 1-7 2003.
All hotels offer private bath/shower/WC, telephone, radio, TV, and breakfast facilities. Public transport is within easy reach of all hotels.

Since only a limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved in each price category, StoCon will operate on a 'first come - first served' basis. In order for StoCon to meet your requirements, you are advised to register at your earliest convenience. Please note that deadline for hotel reservation is July 15, 2003. After this date, room and rate cannot be guaranteed.

Rates
All rates, in SEK (EUR), include breakfast buffet, service and VAT increment of 12%, and are given per room and per night. Taxes or official charges are subject to change without notice.

Reservation and payment
Your reservation will be confirmed when StoCon has received your registration together with the hotel deposit. This pre-payment will be deducted from your hotel bill when checking out. The remaining amount is to be settled by you directly with the hotel.

Cancellation
Hotel deposits will be refunded, less an administration fee of SEK 300, provided a written cancellation is received by StoCon before July 15. After this date, deposits are not refundable. StoCon reserves the right to charge additional fees if the hotel’s cancellation invoice exceedes the deposit paid.
