8th CONGRESS OF THE EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF NEUROONCOLOGY - SEPTEMBER 11, 2008
EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF NEUROONCOLOGY
 WELCOME

Dear colleagues and friends,
It is our great pleasure to announce that the 9th EANO Conference will be held in Maastricht, the Netherlands, from 16 - 19 September 2010 under the auspices of the Dutch Neuro-Oncology Working Group (LWNO). We herewith invite you to attend an attractive scientific programme with key topics in the field of Neuro-oncology organised in a multi-disciplinary spirit. The local organising committee is already working hard alongside EANO to provide an excellent educational course on the first day of the conference and is very proud to host this important Conference for the 2nd time in this superb environment.
The sessions will take place in the Maastricht Exhibition and Congress Centre (MECC), a modern conference venue centrally situated in Maastricht, with facilities for international conventions hosting over 2,000 delegates. Maastricht is located in the most southern part of the Netherlands, where Romans forded the river Meuse. Since then, Maastricht has been at the crossroads of cultures and trade. Cobbled streets, boutiques and castles give the city its special character. The many shops, pubs, excellent restaurants, terraces, churches, museums and the gastronomic lifestyle of the inhabitants make Maastricht a great place to be.
We would like to invite you to the 9th EANO Congress. We promise you an excellent conference and an unforgettable time in Maastricht.

We look forward to welcoming you in Maastricht.
Maastricht the art of fine living . . .
