Please note
The welcome cocktail is free of charge but since the number of invitations is limited by the size of the location, you are strongly recommended to register early. Registrations will be handled on a First-Come-First-Serve-Basis.

Note
Please make payments free of charge for the beneficiary. Any charges for banking fees or incorrect remittance of registration fees will be collected on site by the congress office. The reduced registration fee is only applicable if it has been credited to the congress account before the deadline. Registering before March, 27th without performing a payment or indicating a credit card number is not sufficient to benefit from the reduction!

Confirmation
You will receive a written confirmation of registration when the payment has been credited to the congress account.

After Friday, May 19th, 2006 , pre-registration will be closed but you may register at the “On-site-registration desk” at the “Grazer Congress – Convention Center Graz” which will open on Wednesday, May 31st, 2006.
If you pay by bank transfer please make sure to remit the money until Friday, May 12th, 2006 at the very latest or bring proof of payment of your registration fee when collecting the registration material.

Cancellations and Refunds
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by registered letter or fax to the Congress Office. The date of the postmark or Fax ID will serve as the basis for refunds. Please indicate the preferred method of reimbursement (Credit card or bank transfer) on your written cancellation. Refunds will be made after the meeting.

The policy for refunding registration will be as follows:
Written cancellation received
Before March, 31st , 2006: 50% refund
After May 1st, 2006: no refund
