After this deadline, reservations will still be handled, MONDIAL CONGRESS cannot, however, guarantee hotel accommodation. INSTRUCTIONS ON HOTEL BOOKING Please note that hotel bookings can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed booking form (may be land-mailed, faxed or filled in via www.mondial.at/english/congressmgmt/ceoc06) and the deposit payment required per room. Kindly consider that MONDIAL CONGRESS can only guarantee the bookings upon receipt of a 2 roomnights deposit. For payments please refer to “TERMS OF PAYMENT”. For one night stays the room rate for one night has to be transferred. As soon as MONDIAL CONGRESS has received your payment, a letter of confirmation will be mailed. It will confirm the name of your hotel, the room rate per night and the duration of your stay. Confirmations will be e-mailed if an e-mail address is provided on the accommodation form. This option is highly recommended as it helps avoiding time consuming correspondence. Otherwise, confirmations will be faxed or land-mailed. If the hotel requested is no longer available, MONDIAL CONGRESS will do its utmost to offer similar accommodation. This may, however, mean a change in price. The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. Please note that, in case of early departure, the hotel is entitled to charge all nights booked. The balance between the deposit and your total invoice must be settled directly with the hotel. For changes should be done with confirmed bookings, please send an e-mail to ceoc2006@mondial.at. GROUP REGISTRATION (10 or more rooms) is done via individual contracts. For cancellations received after February 28th, 2006, deposit payments shall be forfeited. Only written cancellations may be accepted. For No-Shows, deposit payments shall be forfeited. Amounts due will be reimbursed after the Congress. |
